Hernando House 01
This house was full of all kinds of interesting things. Lots of junk, dated materials and stuff left behind to give an idea of when and how the previous occupant lived.
This house was right off a major highway. It looks to have been converted into a business later in life or perhaps the owner just sold junk out of their home.
Being that there is a sign on the front of the house advertising "buy sell antiques uniques" it will be very hard to date much of what's in the house since these items could have been collected at any time, and not necessarily been part of the owners every day life.
The old push button light switches appear to be dated to 1910-1920's from what I can gather. There were more modern toggle light switches in the house as well. The old in-floor gas heater was something I've never seen before. Books and magazines had a wide range of dates on them, the last being 1987-1988. The tropical mural in the front room was unique for sure.
The last image was a ghosted group photo of my shooting buddies. I'm on the right side.
